Christin and Lee’s surprise proposal at an overlook in Birmingham, Alabama, was nothing short of magical. Lee had meticulously planned this life-changing event, and it unfolded in a way that was truly unforgettable.
A Night of Elegance and Romance:
The stage was set with elegance and romance as Lee took Christin to dinner at Automatic Seafood. Unbeknownst to her, dear friends had been working behind the scenes, transforming a simple (yet beautiful) plot of grass into an evening she would never forget. The table that was set in the grass was adorned with photographs of Christin and Lee, a Bible with her soon-to-be new last name, and a breathtaking ring from Diamonds Direct. The anticipation was building, and little did Christin know, the most significant moment of her life was about to unfold.
The Rainy Surprise:
As the evening progressed, Lee’s plan took an unexpected turn when raindrops started to fall from the sky. Undeterred, he told Christin that he wanted to take her to an overlook. Suspicion may have crossed her mind as they stepped out of the car in their elegant attire, but little did she know what Lee had in store.
A Proposal Amidst the Elements:
With rain and lightning illuminating the skies, Lee guided Christin towards the prepared table. The elements added an air of unpredictability to the moment, making it even more memorable. Lee got down on one knee, and with all the love in his heart, he asked the most important question of his life: “Will you marry me?” Christin’s response was immediate and filled with joy – a resounding “Yes!”

Just as the proposal reached its peak, a hidden photographer (yours truly!) emerged from the trees to capture this beautiful and emotional moment. The raindrops added an ethereal quality to the photographs, making them all the more enchanting.
